The Benue State Police Command has paraded four suspects in connection with an attack on a Police Station in Ado Local Government Area of the state.
This coming almost a year after two policemen were reported killed and one critically injured, while three service rifles were carted away during the attack which purportedly took place October 2, 2016, at the police station.
The suspects were paraded today (Wednesday) alongside eight others who were arrested in connection with armed robbery and kidnapping in Benue State.
The Commissioner of Police in the state, Mr Bashir Makama, who paraded the suspects, vowed to track other criminals who specialise in attacking police personnel.
One of the victims rescued from the suspects told reporters how he was snatched from his business premises in Makurdi, the state capital, by a notorious kidnap suspect known as “Biafra”.
