Agatu urges FG to rehabilitate community as panacea for peace

Agatu community in Benue State has called on the Federal Government to rehabilitate and reconstruct the community destroyed during the recent crisis as a prerequisite for reconciliation with herdsmen.

Minority Leader, Benue House of Assembly, Sule Audu, spoke at Obagaji, during a peace meeting with governors Samuel Ortom of Benue and Umaru Al-Makura of Nasarawa State in attendance.

He noted that apart from lives lost, property destroyed during the crisis could not be quantified.
